There has been a mill on this lovely river site since the middle ages but our story begins in 1874 when John Caudwell erected the present building. Powered by water wheel and then a turbine, the mill provides a unique opportunity to see the machinery and imagine life in a rural Victorian flour mill. The Craft Centre is free, however there is a small admission charge to look around the mill. Please contact 01629 734374 for more details.
